International Dockworkers Council

Dear All,

We have been informed that port employers of the Port of Saint John want to attack the actual work and pay conditions of the dockworkers of the I.L.A. Local 273.

Once again, dockworkers are being attacked by the employers. Unfortunately, different ports, unions, countries,…are suffering attacks from different institutions and we are always supporting our colleagues to defend their work conditions. I.L.A. Local 273 has been in different international solidarity campaigns and we are not going to permit that you go through this struggle alone.

We want to remind you that the IDC’s affiliates give you all their support and that you can ask for the support you need.
